Michael was terrific with his product knowledge and honest a helpful advice. He steered us into a different product from our initial choice but luckily we took his advice which was the right product for our situation and the best product to suit our home. His customer service and patience is to be admired as our situation came with issues, which he happily worked through. I would also recommend Michael's installer, Bryce - so thorough and again, product knowledge was fantastic.
